Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish Relaxation Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue (Therapeutic Massage)
Deep Tissue (therapeutic massage) is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. This technique is used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface and help to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. It is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage (LD) Therapy uses an integration of multiple modalities that focuses on long slow strokes to help achieve relaxation and detoxification. LD therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage is a technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client.
Due to the compressive nature of this technique, extra precautions need to be made for certain client conditions. Following are conditions that would be contraindicated for receiving an ashiatsu treatment:
- Pregnancy or trying to conceive
- High blood pressure
- Recent injuries or surgeries
- Contagious skin disorders
- Compromised immune system
- Acute liver or kidney disorders
- Certain medications
- Acute auto immune disorders
- Recent surgical implants
- Advanced Diabetes

Muscle Meltdown
In this 75 minute session, feel the muscles meltdown with hot stone therapy as it helps to melt away tension, muscle stiffness, and increase circulation. Hot stones combined with Medi-Cupping will help expand blood vessels encouraging blood flow throughout the body while soothing the nervous system.
TMJ Massage
TMJ Massage is for those suffering from temporomandibular joint (TMJ) syndrome. This massage will help relieve symptoms. It is given within the client's comfort levels; therefore the therapist will stay in communication through the session to ensure the client's comfort.
Chair Massage
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist.

With our assisted stretching, your muscles will experience immediate increase in blood flow and an easing of tension. With regular assisted stretching, muscles become more flexible, which allows for improved range of motion and helps to prevent injuries.
Seaweed Exfoliant Foot Scrub & Foot Massage
Our seaweed exfoliant scrub relieves tired and achy feet, hydrates and nourishes the skin while detoxifying and removing dry skin combined with a relaxing foot massage and hot towels.

Salt Glow
Our salt glow is a popular body treatment.
